Ensuring the people and organisations that make up our arts, museums and libraries are protected during the Coronavirus crisis is our number one priority.[1]

Both Arts Council England and Counting What Counts are committed to supporting National Portfolio Organisations for whom using the Impact & Insight Toolkit has been mandatory for the past financial year.  It has therefore been decided to relax funding conditions for NPOs over the next 6 months, from 24th March 2020.  Please see ACE’s statement below:

National Portfolio Organisations will continue to receive funding, with relaxed funding conditions for up to six months, as necessary. […]

We have also taken the decision to postpone our next National Portfolio investment process.

This means the current National Portfolio will roll over for one year, to 31 March 2023. We understand you might be feeling unsure about how to plan ahead. Please speak to your Relationship Manager to talk through any specific questions or concerns you or your organisation might have about the impact of Covid-19 on your work.

We’ve made emergency funding available for NPOs to apply for – find out more about this here[2]

That said, it is important to know that the Impact & Insight Toolkit is still ‘live’.  You can continue to use the Toolkit to evaluate any events you want, including those you may now be running online.  You could use it to prepare evaluations for use later in the year, or to run any other surveys of your choosing during these unprecedented times.

The support team is still here and we are ready to assist you in whatever way we can.

We know this is an enormously challenging time for everyone, both individually and organisationally.  We wish you and your loved ones good health.  Stay safe.
